How do the live cohorts work?

Cohorts run for eight weeks with weekly live calls, peer reviews, and structured assignments. Each session is recorded and available for replay within 48 hours.

Can I study at my own pace?

Yes. Every course includes a self-paced library that remains open for twelve months after enrollment. Live cohort seats are optional but recommended for accountability.

What is the refund policy?

You may request a full refund within the first fourteen days if you have not completed more than two assignments. After that window, refunds are not available.

Do you offer team or company seats?

Group plans are available for three or more seats with a twenty percent discount. Contact us at [email protected] to arrange an invoice.

How long do I keep access to materials?

Self-paced access lasts twelve months from the date of purchase. Cohort recordings remain accessible for the lifetime of the program.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for company invoices. All payments are processed securely through our partner gateway.

Can I transfer my enrollment to a colleague?

Transfers are permitted once per enrollment before the cohort start date. Please email support at least seven days in advance with the new participant details.
